My rx 135 is in storage for 5 years and parked outdoors. Now, revamping step by step. I opened the head to see the condition. The cylinder walls have crystal deposits hardened on it. It appaers as though, the roughest sand paper is stuck on the cylinder wall. The piston is seized at the BDC. The head is fine, general cleaning with diesel and WD-40, with some scrubbing has brought back glitz to the combustion head. Worried about the cylinder. What is this condition of cylinder? How to get back the smooth surface of the cylinder? Any guidance would help.... Thanks

Nice 👌 Excellent hacks for safe removel of magneto, clutch basket and crank nut. 👍 Bro, I have begun on my 135 , stored for 4 years. Sucessfully removed and cleaned, tank, fuel cock, seat, air filter, carb, energy box and reed valve. I am struggling to loosen oil pump cover 3 screws as they have hardened. Tried with WD40, coconut oil, but still tight. Now the screw head star grooves are rounding loosing screw driver grip. How to loosen these screws without damaging the screws? Same problem also on one of the screws on the petal of reed valve. Hoping you can guide.... Thanks

Excellent Rajas. Just to be clear, the bearing numbers for all the RX series, front wheel, rear wheel and rear sprocket hub is the same or they differ for 100, 135 and the likes, please..

I know am bumping into an old video, but here at 6:20, you are saying that the beveled side should face outwards(face top), but the rxg manual says that the chamfered(beveled) side should face inwards. Which one is correct? 🤔
