This video shows how to install a kill switch to a bike and more specifically to yamaha rx 100. by this method you can install a kill switch to any bike which has a magneto type ignition system.

Hey man really enjoyed watching your videos! I am currently building my Yamaha RS100 into a scrambler and I don't have any lights. It's a contact point bike. I wanna add a battery and lights. Maybe you could share something about this. Thanks! Cheers!
to add a battery and convert the bike into electronic ignition (CDI) ....youll have to change all electronic parts such as wiring harness, magneto coils ....in addition to this youll have to add regulator rectifier to take care for charging the battery.
but before all this do a research on
1) if this bike can be converted to electronic (CDI) Ignition and can we add a battery? ( I dont have any idea about this bike, but ill surely let you know if i find anything.)
2) if yes, then which bike's components are suitable for our bike ( for example if that bike is rx 100....then youll have to replace the original wiring harness to rx 100's wiring harness. similar case with all the other parts like coils, magnet, regulator)
3) check if your bike is 6v or 12v.....if your bike's voltage is 6v and you are putting 12v rx 100's coil,magnet and all the other parts. then youll have to change every component to 12v ( eg. headlight bulb, tail light bulb, indicator bulbs, horn. )

It can be done. You will have to modify tank to instal the float.
