Bro my Yamaha rx100 needs choke always to start even after few minutes of stoping the engine and requires a lot of acceleration to start running ! Can you plz tell me what is the problem??
I had to remove my oil tank for the new modified panel. that is the reason why i put oil along with petrol. so I'll try and cover that in my next project.

setting a air fuel mixture requires a bit of practice. i personally dont do it by my self yet. I'll try to make a video about it in near future. about the premix - i put 30 ml of oil per liter.
People say,you have to be expert in cleaning the 2 stroke carburettor. I m a little worried about the settings.please throw some light on the important aspects while assembling it back especially the tuning and screwing part
if you are not confident about re setting the carb, then just leave the pilot screw as it is while cleaning. this will not disturb your existing air-fuel ratio. rest of the assembly is quite easy. you just have to put everything back as you removed.

Same problem was with my rx 135 4 speed, i got leakage beneath the gas tank, mseal did the work for me and seals the holes pretty well
After fitting carburetor to the vehicle throttle needle gap towards the front or to the sides
its on left side i guess.

Clean the carburetor and check if the pilot jet number is 20

I'm back from removing the carburator. Is this the same process with the 135? Mines the Japanese made carburator.

Please tell me why my RX100 exhaust pipe rear end is soaked with oil coming from silencer?
Oil is brownish in colour not black as we usually see.
1) clean your muffler. ( i have a video on this , if you want you can refer that)
2) it can also happen if you put more oil than required in premix.

that can be due to many reasons. start with adjusting the air screw in carburettor.

What is the Idle RPM ?
Is it 1200 RPM ( plus, minus 100)?
after doing cleaning my carburetor shown leakage of petrol . why it is happening ?

Bro I'm not getting minimum mileage for my Rx100 what should I do
check the air fuel mixture and idle RPM. these are very common things coz of which you can get less mileage
It's 92 model carb my mechcanic saying that jet holes are became little bit big Soo for that mileage was not coming
