Rear has total 3 bearings right 2for wheel and 1 in sprocket ?

Bro rear tire has both sides collar is available, if I put collar on sprocket side pivot shaft ...then there is no space for to fit it in to frame(I mean sprocket and pivoto shaft to the frame)

coller is only on right side....and not on both sides
