9.45 that shift cam where the neutral ball sits in the groove, is it worn out?
Have you checked with the pins on that shift cam?
And the groves on the cam where these 3 shift forks slide, is it worn out?

I suggest u to use clutch holder n flywheels holder to disassembly,, at the past i use that your way but i've broke my clutch brother,, over all i like ur video

Thanks for uploading...Btw how you removed the connecting rod from crank?
i didnt remove it. that should be done in the machine shop coz when remove and replace the crank pin, the crank has to be checked for runout . So just get it done by the workshop. It should cost around 150- 250 Rs.
i have rx 135, in a very good condition but from 6 months it has not been started and now it is not starting. once i clean the carborater but again the mechanic are telling to clean it with chemical. so what chemical should be used.
you can clean the carb with petrol that is sufficient

Rajas Gadkari , I heard that people swaping 4 spd gear shafts and shifter drum to 5 spd . Is it possible? That was my real question.
Dude gear chambers are same in all the Rx you can convert your bike in 5speed easily and 6speed but after small modifications

Fir kis bike ka 5 seed easily fit ho skta h kui k RX ka hi 5 speed milna bhot mushkil h or to or costly bhi.
there is provision in rx gear box to add 5th gear ....you will need some small modifications to do that.
