I don't think mother or mother-in-law is responsible to raise your child, it's responsibility of the parents, both of them. But at the same time, government should be responsible for senior citizens. Govt. is simply shrugging its responsibility and forcing people to take too much responsibility. Obviously people would drop responsibilities if you stuff them till they break. Additionally a woman shouldn't be earning less working for 4 hours because she also has a future. Men need to work at home.

This is so true. I had trained my colleague once, after few years I had to report to him when I joined back.
