Mere bohot se dost Delhi chale gye the 2 saal pehle, UPSC clear krne ke liye nhi instead maa-baap ki daant se bachne ke liye. Last year prelims nhi clear Hua unka.
Great points explained in the video: 1. The movie is a great advertisement for the UPSC Coaching industry, who want people to keep trying till they become 35 2. The charm of Sarkari Naukri is being fantasized in the movie. However, if you talk to any current officer, there is no such glory in these jobs 3. The difficulty level in entry cannot be the criteria for calling it great. People talk only about selection for UPSC, not about the work done by the person after joining the force 4. When you are preparing for UPSC, you need to be practical and not emotional. If you do not get through in 1-2 attempts, do not keep trying till the age of 35. Take some job atleast and keep preparing in parallel if you still want to 5. We need to realize that the Vision of the Country is actually defined by Politicians and businessmen/entrepreneurs, for GOOD and for BAD. The job of civil servants is to fulfil this vision defined by the politicians, not setting that vision

business point is very very true. Its the toughest work to do in India, normal businessman is seen as getting free money by just sitting and doing nothing, society and govt thinks business earns huge profits. its no less difficult than farming. A farmer gets huge govt. support in terms of tax advantages, subsidies, discounts. people also think a farmer is doing national service. A business gets all the leg-pulling, have to face survival-of the fittest" competition. It may work full time , full day for months , put in all the recourses and yet incur loss.

Beautiful Analysis....🤗. i haven't watched the movies neither i'm interested. Movies are always FICTIONAL and just for entertainment. Just do your work ...concentrate on urself ... outside world is just to see and enjoy.
i m also against Govt. jobs and may be youth r destroying their life for it. but movie is so motivational and show hard work of the person . i watched movie with my family ( including my children) and I m happy that they have seen it and know how much hard work required to gain anything in life which I feel lacking in today's generation as they just want to enjoy life . even my kids also not that much ambitious as of previous generation.most of kids waste their time in watching youtube shorts or making insta reels. this movie also shows that the person come from 0 money succeded in life coz of hardwork and his friend whose father was having govt. job could not creack it in time even thugh having money and all resourses . it shows only coz of money u can't get eveything in life , hard work also needed. so as far as I feel the movies is all about hard work getting respectable position in society and movie is not for higher middle class it is for lower middle class where father donot have lots of money to send their kids to foerign for study or having businesses which can be 50% of society. and by this movie a kid also know will he ready to do that much hardwork or not . so as per my thinking movie can imapact good to society .
alert! i have seen people destroying their 20s and 30s for preparing for civil services. they become toxic and revengeful during this process. I think expecting this from your kids is not healthy. you don’t want that for your kids
@@annupanwar2461 yes dear . if u have seen such people then it is very scary. i am around those saction of people who try to get job or do some business as soon as possible after 12th /or bechlor degree. and u know they are now in good state having family kids an all . nothing is more imp than having a happy life.
Sir this movie was not about civil services. It's about perseverance and strong headedness for one's goal. The main character of the movie was not financially sound. He does not have any other option to change his status. Also he was fascinated by the power of position, that honesty can be practiced if one has power. So we should not be judgemental in each and everything and praise the spirit of the movie.
This is what he was implying. Power hungryness, the character did it to show the world rest evrything was secondary. His father's reaction on his selection is what is wrong in society. The character had so much luck is beyond belief almost larger than life
Politicians do have vision but isn't it better to have qualified leaders like S Jaishankar who have taken the UPSC path instead of some random incompetent representatives?
Charan sparsh Sir, Love. to hear you always.I happily worked as a private teacher .Salary was acc to govt norms .I quit my job to be with elders n kids as both needed emotional support. If we live life according to the demand of time, money can't give you happiness. If husband is doing ok n family laugh together, more than enough. We can't become Ambani . U r doing an extraordinary work by showing the mirror to middle class.
This movie, rooted in true events, stands out as a unique story that doesn't demand opinions. It doesn’t inspire you to become an IAS officer, instead it encourages you to give your best efforts and never give up in life no matter what. With its beautiful presentation, it's a must watch. Please share your views only after watching it.
No matter what will you do after reaching last limit of attempt in civil services and open a chai ki tapri(tea stall) like that one character did in the movie. these things sound good in fiction world but not in real world. I believe one needs to introspect whether he should quit or not even after receiving failures and failures. It does not cost only money but it also cost time which will never come back.
Agreed, it's an inspiring movie. Giving your best to what you want to achieve in life is the real message of the movie. We don't need to restrict it to IAS / IPS. That is just an example. Guruji has failed to understand the essence of the movie.

Only successful business ventures can pull india out of poverty and provide jobs to the unemployed. This is the only way we can improve our gdp. Youngsters should be taught to become more innovative and business minded like the way it happens in western countries. This is the only way we can become at least a middle income country in the near future. If everyone goes for govt job, the country will sink even further.
Sir sarkari nokri se moh bhnag ho rha hai,, thanks to you and my own experiences as a class A officer..
Which department?
I agree with you 100%. I was a AIPMT/NEET aspirant and wasted my 3 years after school. Then one day after the 3rd failed attempt my father forced me into a engineering college. After that my life completely changed. Now I am earning more than my MBBS friends permonth.
and now your throwing faster than Bumrah

And what about the hundreds and thousands of others in the other sectors who are earning more than you?
can u do engineering after a being a NEET apirant, cuz NEET aspirants are medical students and how can a medical student become an engineer.

And this is pure perspective.
Minimum age for any UPSC or State PSC exam should be 33 yrs. At least they will bring in some experience into the services. This small step will save millions of youths who are wasting precious 10-12 years of their lives.
Thank you for making video on this, I was waiting.
Extraordinary , fantastic & Mind blowing , Sir .. What an Analysis .. 100% hard hitting truth.... Lekin yahan ki Janta .. Maghayiya hai .. aur ye accha bhi hai , nahin to Private mein hi Bahut competition ho jayega ..

I was recommended to watch this movie by my friend.
But most movies will have a narrative behind it. Sir , you are doing amazing job and inspire us to try and awaken people around us.
All the points discussed are very true, personally know an officer, uski koi life nahi hai, idhar se udhar transfer hota rehta hai, only following orders!
These videos are very important guruji, please guide more about sarkari naukri
You are so right.log businessmen/industrialist se zyada ye ias ips ko glorify karte hai jabki unke bas me kuch bhi nai hota sirf netao ki chatukarita k alawa

I am also a victim of egoistic behaviour of an IAS officer… truely said
Absord movies like Bobby, Love Story, Ek Duuje Ke Liye , idealising that running away with your beloved one is the ultimate thing had spoiled generations of youth and there you go another generation will put unworthy efforts and when they realize what they have done will be too late

With honesty I m talking that best jobs are IAS IPS & other services as they have power decent money & good facilities for family with proud ..other than this govt jobs are dissfactory ...& Except some small percentage of private jobs rest doesn't have work life for sure in india today
Yes, it should be an individual choice, civil services need to have talented and committed youth of the nation. We dont have a business friendly government.
Judicial services ka naam suna hai?
Point very well made!
True. I'm earning high salary (30 LPA + ) and will get promotion in march now again. just because lot of people are busy in this govt job.
and there is little less competition.
I hope this cycle does not stop. so i can relax in private job.
if this all govt aspirant came to private then it will difficult for us private employees to stay in there job or we will have to take less salary.
Govt Job Exam is blessing for me. 🤣
while i'm sad that i brother is also govt job aspirant from past 15 year. and i'm supporting him for this earning. ( he lost all his attempt for all govt exam).
Nothing is well in pvt job as well. In my college at COVID time placement companies took back their offer letters and current pvt job scenario is not conducive for freshers. They want an experienced fresher and after applying for 500+ jobs freshers have to settle for call centres, BPO, Jobs.

Sir, apka ye video dekhne se pehle hi like kar diya. Previous experience se samjh aa gya tha ki lachari gareeb ko becha gya hai picture me. Practicality se koi lena dena nahi hai. Apke subscriber hone ka fayda
So right . Dimag kharrab Kar ke rakha hai upsc coaching walo ne.
GJ. Sir also do tell ki hum log inspire hote hai power se govt job ke liye Jo business nahi de sakta (not to the same level) aur politician banana sabke liye possible nahi hai (for that you must be cunning, powerful and fearless). I feel just because power and respect ka koi aur better alternative nahi hai as a consequence youth is going towards govt jobs (officer lever grade A and B ). And Jo lower level jobs hai (grade C and D) vo log bass job mil Jaye iske liye taiyari karte hai.
Local level pe power aur respect me liye hi youth is going for GJ. Jab hum koi problem me padte hai tab govt job ki importance pata chalti hai. Agar iska koi alternative hai then please put clarity.
Bhai aur bhi course hai college me aache se padho lawyer ,journalist Bano ya doctor ya ngo worker . Bas ek govt job me kya karoge.
Private job mein bhi tu koi satisfaction nahi hai Kam se kam government job mein self satisfaction aur respect toh hai
Apna kaam karo job mei satisfaction kyu dhoondh rahe ho. Dying respect hai govt job mei.
Government jobs hai hi 1% baki 99% private hai
After a long time agreeing with you on some topic
Exactly, thank you 🙏
Beautiful Analysis....🤗. i haven't watched the movies neither i'm interested.
Bahut sahi✅🙏
Aapke videos se sach mein kuch na kuch pure knowledge leke hi jaate hain.
👍👍
This is what he was implying. Power hungryness, the character did it to show the world rest evrything was secondary. His father's reaction on his selection is what is wrong in society. The character had so much luck is beyond belief almost larger than life
you should not want to be an ias because you want to change your STATUS. you should want because you are skilled and interested in the job.
Guru ji ne starting mein hi Bata diya tha jo tu samjh nhi paya
Politicians do have vision but isn't it better to have qualified leaders like S Jaishankar who have taken the UPSC path instead of some random incompetent representatives?
Dont compare S Jaishankar his father is a union secretary of indian govt back in 1962😂.
Sahi very depth analysis
Charan sparsh Sir,
Love. to hear you always.I happily worked as a private teacher .Salary was acc to govt norms .I quit my job to be with elders n kids as both needed emotional support. If we live life according to the demand of time, money can't give you happiness. If husband is doing ok n family laugh together, more than enough. We can't become Ambani . U r doing an extraordinary work by showing the mirror to middle class.
Ma'am private schools me apply kar rhi hu but wo experience maang rahe hain
Jab fresher ko koi kam nhi dega to experience kaha se laye?
This movie, rooted in true events, stands out as a unique story that doesn't demand opinions. It doesn’t inspire you to become an IAS officer, instead it encourages you to give your best efforts and never give up in life no matter what. With its beautiful presentation, it's a must watch. Please share your views only after watching it.
Exactly 💯
Agreed
No matter what will you do after reaching last limit of attempt in civil services and open a chai ki tapri(tea stall) like that one character did in the movie. these things sound good in fiction world but not in real world. I believe one needs to introspect whether he should quit or not even after receiving failures and failures.
It does not cost only money but it also cost time which will never come back.
Agreed, it's an inspiring movie. Giving your best to what you want to achieve in life is the real message of the movie. We don't need to restrict it to IAS / IPS. That is just an example. Guruji has failed to understand the essence of the movie.
I was left upsc after 3 year of struggle just bcoz of u sir but tht 12th fail movie act burdened on my decision

GJ 😂
Badhia.. Spot on!
Great point of view
Only successful business ventures can pull india out of poverty and provide jobs to the unemployed. This is the only way we can improve our gdp. Youngsters should be taught to become more innovative and business minded like the way it happens in western countries. This is the only way we can become at least a middle income country in the near future. If everyone goes for govt job, the country will sink even further. The government should do whatever it takes to mimimise govt employees social media presence and ban these coaching institutes from pumping out motivational contents like interviews and speeches in various social media platforms
