You are wrong, I think your family members don't give money to your house ladies, I gave my whole salery to my wife.
Housewife should get some amount of the husbands salary as her own and she should manage finances and budgeting. Problem arises when the husband doesn't give any money or financial freedom to the wife OR the wife wants every penny of the husbands salary as her own and doesn't want to share with her in-laws.
This is the hard core reality.
