Kalari Kenworth T659 Centipede at Ceduna
A Kalari Kenworth T659 is seen as it arrives at Thevenard, ( Ceduna ) on South Australia's west coast. The loads originate from Illuka's Jacinth-Ambrosia mine located 270 km's ( 167 miles ) west of Ceduna. Assuming you've read this far, I'll save you the effort of counting the tyres, there's 94 of them. April 2021

Those look like E8 or E9 locos. Didn’t they have 2 prime movers in them. Emd Made a hell of a locomotive for them to be as d as they are still in mainline service.
That’s sounds like an Emd 567. Did not know that that engine was so popular for export.

I remember many many years ago a EMD Locomotive stalled on the Dandenong line and it held up a Blue Harris passenger train between Springvale and Westall. These Locomotives would not be able to handle going over Skyrail, they're so sluggish, haven't got enough grunt.
Was this rig once a prime mover (or tractor to Americans)? I suspect a lot of short wheelbase dump trucks in Australia were, when new?
