Hi Martin and Sharon, you can't beat an omelette. My sister told me years ago to make an omelette don't add milk .If you have scrambled eggs add some. It was when i first got married and i didn't have a clue. I wish there had been CZcams in them days. But each to their own

Chicken livers are lovely but supermarkets have stopped selling them, they used to be the cheapest, pigs liver I find the texture crumbly and very strong taste, not a fan of pigs liver, lambs liver is better, not had calves liver 🤷‍♂️

That is a good idea to cut it, I normally do the top under the grill, my daughter does lovely ommelettes that rise, mnmm, she puts a lid on it.

Keep egg shells, crush them to a powder and put in the dogs dinner. Really healthy for them 😊

What a lovely omelette l love Spanish omelettes with peppers potatoes tomatoes bacon etc but your bacon and cheese looks lovely l have never made one in an air fryer if l do what temperature and time do you recommend your pans look really nice

Good vid....thank you. There are a few on you tube for soft boiled eggs but every single one misses an important point. Are the eggs small medium or large. That will affect the cooking time the same way as it does in a pan. What size were yours please...cheers.

You have to triple wrap the food. It is absolutely the best way to cook salmon or any fish. Honestly you must try it

I was with you all the way until you added the Almond milk. If you research into how that is made I don't think you'll want to use that chemical slurry again.

I've always cut my omelette into 4 to flip it, as I like it well cooked. It's so much easier and quicker.
