It’s the audacity of the security Karen to racially profile Kelly and gaslight the entire situation as much as she could, after being extremely pushy and condescendingly stepping on her dress, and ‘smiling’ and gesturing her hand as if she had every intention in helping to deescalate the situation and make it look like Kelly was acting aggressively and recklessly for no apparent reason.
