Imagine pulling over someone with limo tints you have no Idea who it is, if he has a gun, and if that gun is pointed at you ready to shoot, cops risk their lives every day pulling over people, thats why if I get pulled over I roll down all the windows, turn on all the lights inside (if at night), turn off car and out my hands on steering wheel. Also I dont ever give the cop a hard time or argue with him even if he is a dick having a power trip, if he is one of the few bad apples I let him have his power trip and if I have to I fight my battle in court where its a fair fight not on side of road where I will definitely loose.
