Does it feed flatnose and hollow points alright?
Hi Shep ,great revolver 2 calibres great idea if one ammo becomes rare switch to the other Cylinder ,the 9mm seems slightly milder than the 38 , the 357 whacks hard, see the copper watching you on the left, was he arresting the other guy or just there for practice, he was watching you 😮
Both of the guys you saw in the background were local cops. A few of the local cops were doing their yearly firearms qualifications that day. And it`s pretty common to see these guys at the range.
I inherited one from my grandpa. It's a perfect conceal carry for me. The key is finding the right holster.
Not easy to find a good holster unless you are willing to settle for one of those "one size fits all" nylon holsters. Back in the 90s they made good leather for these guns, but they would be hard to find today. Best bets would be ebay or gunbroker auctions.
Happy Independence Day Shep
Happy Independence Day Shep
Same to you.

I have a 1913 .38 police special, nice guns
The pre WWII Colts were excellent quality.
I have a Winchester Model 9422 XTR that my mom dad bought for me in 1972 in 22 Magnum
You should do a video with it sometime.
Beautiful revolver. Nice to see a Ruger on the channel. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Very nice rifle! Thanks for sharing 👍🏻 Happy 4th

More room in that Buick than the camp trailer 😢
Back then, this wasn`t even considered a big car, just a normal size car.
Cool 😎
Thanks
We had a 1969 Buick station wagon that was great at pulling trailers.
They had plenty of power for it.
You find some of the classiest things to share with us.
Thanks
<3 <3 <3
Thanks for watching.
These old cars have character, unlike modern ones. They're more reliable too.
Don`t think I could say they were more reliable, but when something did go wrong they were one hell of a lot easier to work on.
just like old phones, nowadays just bunch of rectangulars with 3 years lifetime
I remember my great uncle pulling a trailer with his biscayne that was three on the tree. Back during the mid to later 80's
Back before they started putting automatics in everything.
They don't make them like that anymore. Looks like it has the original interior, not worn out or torn. Thanks Shep
I would guess the interior is original. But I don`t know for sure.
What a beauty!
Yes it is.
Talk about a lot of room!! A family of 8 can fit comfortably!! lol thanks for sharing!!!
When I was a kid this was just a normal size car. Not even really considered a BIG car.
Steel casing wears the extractor out very fast
Did know anyone ever made steel case 25acp ammo. The Blaser ammo is aluminum case.
Similar to my baby browning
The Baby Browning is a little smaller.
It looks a lot like my colt woodsman
Most of the good quality 22 pistols from that era look a lot alike.
@@1957Shep the colt woodsman was given to me by my dad he passed away a couple of years ago he was 59 and the colt was given to him on his 12th Christmas and it's a very very accurate pistol and surprisingly works flawless and my dad shot the shit out of that pistol throughout his life he gave it to me about a year before he died
i have a 32acp naa guardian, the 380acp version is too much oomph for me. great shooting in the video, these little buggers are tough to aim well, beyond 10’ selfdefense distances. my 32acp occasionally stovepipes the last round, which is a known feature. i wish that the 32acp version would be upsized to the same size as the 380acp version.
You should do a video with it sometime.
the ruger blackhawk, convertible, single-action revolvers (45lc/acp, 357/38/9mm, 22wmr/lr) are about the best survival handguns possible. built like brick outhouses, lifetime warranty and probably not shoot too much, so used ones are great deals. i will never part with mine.
Not anything fancy, just good solid revolvers.
this is the first firearm i bought. no money, newly married, handguns disallowed in my location, simple & soft enough for my non-gunner wife to use in extremis during my frequent work absences. i sold it when i moved, replaced it 40 years later.
I had one very similar to this when I was a kid. Was an H&R model 158 Topper shotgun.
What a beautiful piece ,Great video like always
Thank you!
I have the opportunity to get a 320 model at a gun & pawnshop near me in VG condition for $579.99. I was trying to decide whether to get it, like you said you don't see them very often. I LOVE ACCURATE 22's. Oh that pawnshop will come down some if you pay with CASH!!! I can HAGGLE and maybe get it for $500 OTD.😊
Awesome video! We are glad you like your NAA.
Thanks
Hi Shep hope Retirement is getting better and better ,we're you a mechanic or train driver ,anyway just wondering if modern ammo is used in that 1916 Revolver, seems quite accurate
Did several different jobs over the years. But mostly running/programing CNC controlled lathes and mills. Guns from this era are fine with modern 38 Special ammo. But avoid high pressure (+P) ammo. These guns are big enough to handle +P ammo, but the cylinders and forcing cones were not heat treated to handle those kinds of pressure levels. S&W didn`t start rating their K38 revolvers for +P ammo until up into the 1970s.
@1957Shep a machinist hey handy for any gunsmith hacks you need to do at home ,so best to get a 80s revolver if you want super hot handloads thank you for the tip Sheo Gave a great week,
I inherited one of these from my grandfather, the foregrip is broken and i can not for the life of me find a replacement anywhere
Try this place. www.gunpartscorp.com/
Thanks you for letsme watch your georgeous guns collection. My collection of guns sometimes its in coencity with yours, like in this oportunity. Ihave one in 4 pulg From Argentina whit affection
Thanks for taking time to watch.
That is very nice. I had a 1960s version of that.
Thanks
I have always loaded mine with .457 also. My 1858 is accurate and never chain fired using that diameter.
Chain fires are really pretty rare anyway. But a little extra safety never hurts.
