Nice! I’ve got a police trade in just like it several years ago still really good condition.
Probably the best 45ACP double action pistol next to Smith & Wesson’s pistols in 9mm like the 459 659 910 and a few other model numbers of them that I don’t have. They also had I believe a 45ACP but don’t recall the model.
Have a Blessed Day 🇺🇸
S&W produced a lot of different autos in 45acp. The model 645, 745, 4506, and a bunch of variations based on the 4506. Also lots of 45acp 1911 clones and large frame M&P autos.
Like the Beretta 92 and many other automatic.
Really kind of surprised at how popular some of the disassembly videos have become. The field strip video i did of the Star model BM pistol has probably gotten more views than Star made guns of that model. And that gun has a very simple disassembly, nearly identical to a 1911 field strip.
@@1957Shep i have just watched how to disassemble a Madsen M50,a Danish 9mm mp. The gun i have too disassemble the fastest and easiest way is s&w m41.
This was my first auto ( BDA .45 ) = SIG P220 , I think they are the most safe & easy to take down . At a SIG Booth , I saw the guy sell a cop on the Then kind of new DA/SA SIG . I said " why don't you show him how easy it takes down " , he didn't know how & handed it to me . I had not done it a lot / lately ... I got it the first time & told him how accurate mine was . He asked me if I wanted a job ! Ha ! I should have said yes !! It would have been fun . 1984 ??
I told him I would look for a clean spot & shoot a hole ... then that hole was my target & I could hit it or get very close to it very often .
Back around 79 or 80 Browning couldn`t hardly give away the BDA. But Sig sold tons of them under their own name and at a higher price. And as you said, they are the same gun.
