neon only win b/c machine gun is a DPS weapon, and was enhanced by crown reload. Remove crown for the equation, and lets see for example until neon recharge and all of the shananigans. if they are not equal. still rapi is sexier and hot with that skin. I mean... after Crown, all banners have been mid-bad, so theres no reason to MLB, much less max core, any of them. Even the average collectionist would just get one copy and move on. So the revenue drop was inevitable. New summer units look useful and with great art to boot.

I still don't get what you mean about her burst being better with mobs. She deals the same damage either way, i think, because she just puts 1-2 dots on different enemies or 10 dots on a single enemy

Sakura skills is 5/10/10, can keep S1 at 5 cuz it gives you just enough time if you destroy 2 parts every 30 sec. 7 is the safer bet but not necessary

Ii'd say Nihilister is a pretty good boss to use this character on as she's a fire boss so this can lead to Doro or XLudmilla doing some really nice dps with 60% increased atk from S2 and burst, and if you get hit by her fire you can sustain for a good while because of her healing and should be able to survive it, and you can facetank the rocks/rockets too and just heal it off.
