I still don't get what you mean about her burst being better with mobs. She deals the same damage either way, i think, because she just puts 1-2 dots on different enemies or 10 dots on a single enemy
The burst description is a little scuffed, Random enemies does make it look like you'd want multiple targets but.. it can just hit the boss 10x, so you want no mobs at all.... is my understanding anyways...

I'll be redoing my Tetra team, mainly just for the giggles, but i think it will work very well.
It's just gonna take me the better part of a year to fully build it due to 2 characters that require Favorite items, which is:
Summer Rosanna, Frima, Summer Sakura, (OG)Alice, Viper.
Now before people think the team will be terrible, think on this, cause its something no one can test (yet).
Frima heals, stacks DEF down (with Viper), and has True damage, and she sets the team for True damage.
Will the DoT's do True damage too? Your guess is as good as mine, be funny if it did though no?

So after looking around, you understood her completely wrong, she's much stronger on single target bosses with no mobs, she basically has distributed damage, if there's only one target all the DoTs go on that one target, if there are multiple targets it gets split between them, which means less damage on the boss itself.
So she's far less niche than you think, still requires bosses with multiple regenerating parts, at least for Solo and Union Raids, stuff like Interception can still be done with just one time parts since those usually don't last too long.
Is it worth becoming a wallet, not a whale but a wallet?
Sakura skills is 5/10/10, can keep S1 at 5 cuz it gives you just enough time if you destroy 2 parts every 30 sec. 7 is the safer bet but not necessary

Is MLB really necessary?
Not really, just gives more stats and the menu screen. Just get one if you don’t care for the lobby and want to save pulls

maybe and maybe not, she is a dps so the copies goes really well on her, but not because is only 6% of extra stats, people saying MLB anis but is worse because she is a supporter and not a dps, but, I just wanted to clarify the difference between the MLB and the classes in worth wise, at this point, is only if you want her wallpaper and only that
it still looks mediocre....
