Why is everyone referencing the best sale price of the pixel 8 without even mentioning the fact that at the initial launch you get $100 back on the pixel 8a? In future sales it's probably going to be $550 vs $400 Rather than $550 vs $500

What a lot of these CZcamsrs don't tell you is that the price difference isn't really $50 but more like $200. Yes, the pixel 8 goes on sale & reaches close to pixel 8a retail price. BUT! But the pixel 8a never is sold at retail price. In many countries you get a discount if you preorder & the phone goes on sale later on, just like the pixel 8. I got mine for $386 (including tax). For that money it's the best value for money phone you can get that has an amazing camera & a good display. So yeah I'd say don't listen to CZcamsrs because majority of them make the same review & don't really be saying much. In places like Europe the pixel 8 is €200+ more expensive than 8a. Again it depends what region of the world you're in & what deals are available in your region for the pixel 8a. Plus that Bay Blue 💙🔵 Pixel 8a is 😍

Do 4060 versions come with 32 ram And oled? The lineup is super confusing.

Google hasn't really been one to try and understand the market. They pretty much just do whatever they want, whenever they want. Hence, consumers into Google's ecosystem shouldn't think about the future, or mind becoming tomorrow's past.

I think you hit the nail on the head when you said "if" google wanted it to fly off the shelves with people having access to AI. Google already has a large AI foot in the door via Samsung. Pixel hardware is a bonus.

I am a Pixel fan and I like their setup and the potential those phones have. They truly do put the “smart” in smartphone. That said, I think unless you just cannot live without currently owning a Pixel, you should wait till the Pixel 10 lineup at the earliest. The Tensor chip will be the same Exynos based architecture in the Pixel 9 lineup. That means no matter how many improvements you’ll get, it’ll still suffer from overheating, bad battery life, and poor connectivity with its substandard modems. Exynos is notorious for these issues and until the Tensor is based on TSMC architecture in the Pixel 10 series, these problems won’t change much. Honestly, if Google can’t fix the software issues and updates that continue creating more problems than they fix, the Pixel lineup is in danger of becoming the next LG. LG kept raising prices and kept having the same reoccurring issues and didn’t listen to their fan base. Google is going the same route and if they aren’t aware enough to make a drastic change, another great smartphone manufacturer will go out of business.

I bought Nothing 2a over this due to price. My Pixel 4a died and was considering the 8a. Well, l just felt the price is confusing and higher since we also have the 8 and the 8 Pro.

The $50 price difference isn’t really a constant thats just a sale that either phone could have in a couple of months. the true difference is $200 and thats what the review needs to cover.

I really hope that Google will keep the A series and has it's performance to that of the 8 or Hopefully, the 8 Pro. However, i am looking to get the 8a! Can not wait to join Team Pixel!

It always depends of the country where you live and when you buy. Right now, today, where i live Pixel 8 costs 599€ vs 549€ for Pixel 8a. When special offers will stop, Pixel 8 will go back to 799€

Skipping this phone for a fact that the pixel 9 is looking to be a substantial update. My pixel 6 is pretty beat up and a 3 generation jump is what I think is a good upgrade.

Hey Mark! G16 (2450e) or Lenovo Yoga Pro 9 (2300e) ? They both have the same specs 4060, 32gb/1tb, Ultra 9. The Yoga has the 3.2k touch Mini-LED. I would mainly use it for music production. I don't game. I already ordered the Yoga (might still be able to cancel), since I heard its much quieter than the G16 with 3 fans, but heard that there might be a fix for the G16 noise. I love the design of the G16, but figured the Yoga was the safer option because of less fan noise, heat, brighter screen (blacks almost as good as OLED.) I now you haven't reviewed the Yoga yet, but I would still love to hear your opinion. Thanks!

Wanted to buy the S24ultra...but didn't as it suffers the...grainy display issue...or...mura effect...in the low brightness in dark mode that has not been fixed with the latest software updates even. Customers are crying for this in different social media platforms for the replacement but the replacement units have the same problem and Samsung is not doing to solve this issue. Even fonearena and Tom's guide acknowledged this in their latest reviews. My priority is the display...not the camera for which l ordered the OP12. This time OP didn't buy the display from Samsung for the green line issue insted got it from BOE and BOE made 2 years in reserch making this display. How is the display...please give your honest opinion...Love from lndia.

Hi, I have a question about the G16, I was looking into getting the 4070 model which retails for £2599 in the UK. How does the 4070 feel with the 240hz display in comparison with the G14s 120hz?

I’ve been looking at buying a MacBook for productivity (video editing, audio and 3d softwares) for some time now, and I only just found out these things exist, whats the comparison between these two laptops? Does one perform better than the others? It’s pretty hard to find comparisons between Apple and Windows hardware that’s easy to understand. Thanks for the help.
