Beware - wish it actually worked long-term! I am an EU citizen who has invested a substantial amount of money through an FDI into the US in the last couple of years. Was finally granted an E2 visa in 2022. And yet, all investment and my personal life have been pretty much destroyed by the incompetent US consulates that show no accountability to neither the US law, nor the bilateral agreement, simply deciding to not extend business visa for the essential investor/executive after I crushed it in the very first year with 3 companies - all turned profitable in year 1! The US has been breaching the bilateral investment agreement on a quarterly basis this last year and there seem to be no easy way to get justice, unfortunately. Has anyone had a similar experience? I have lost more than I have invested ($100k+), because once I came back to Europe to renew the E2, my cars, other personal assets, home, all belongings with business assets stayed back in the US with no way for me to return past the denial to extend the E2. Consulates have been taking months to respond. In the last 9 months, 3 E2 visa rejections with no explanation given. Never violated any US law when it comes to immigration, state or federal. I thought E2 was a great way to invest and succeed in life, but I was so wrong!

my USC spouse submitted my marriage based green card application on the 15th of september 2023, i got my biometrics on the 20th of october 2023, i got my work permit on 5th of november. i had my interview called for the 6th of march and no decison was made on the interview (i was told to be patient ) and got the paper to wait 120 days. two weeks ago, uscis officer came to my place and left with the satisfactory visit. i checked my online status which says that , my parole document is produced and that's it. my i-130 and i-1480 is still being reviewd by USCIS. as of today, its 107th day of 120th. what should i do? and what are my options after 120 days? my field office is in spokane, WAshington state.

They approve my i130 then now they proceed to i185 for permanent residence how long it takes before they approve the i185
