Why my progress is changed drastically. Have my case since November 2022, case was taking longer than expected, then changed back to 3 months and now changed to 13 months , is that correct

Mr. Ashoori ✋pleas hear me out !! i am a 19 yrs old pakistani and i am extremely poor and depressed 😓 because my father who drives a rickshaw to feed us is getting old . he is almost 70 and cant work anymore which is why i left studying at college and started a 6 months plumbing deploma and even with this deploma i cant make my situation any better in pakistan pleas help me to know how to go to USA legally and safely for employment

I have a question about my 19 years old brother. I have applied I-130 for my mom and brother who is 19 years old. I got 9 months estimated time for my brother and 10 months for my mom. So my question is are they both gonna get approval decision together ? Because he is under 21 years old
