Well said only that you kinda left out the part that getting an H1B visa is based on a lottery system.

This is the crux of assisted immigration. You make clear the pathways - but all depend on the goodwill and resources of a US-operational employer. I see many job ads that state H1 Visas are not included. It makes a "do it yourself" approach to gaining a Visa a good plan. Thank you.

One question is how long it will take throughout the steps? You know maybe the employer goes bankrupt before it finishes the whole process if the period is too long.

What if a bank and law firm would come together to:1 sponsor the legal fees for the employer.
2. Cover legal services for the employer... Not so much for a green card visa..
