I submitted I-140 application for EB2-NIW and USCIS received my application on July 28, 2023 and sent me an initial reply by August 2nd, 2023. I do not know what the final outcome will be and I am also not aware when they can make a decision on my case. Anyhow, I just paid the normal fees.

In the case of LIA, What if the USCIS has already issued a request for evidence, and after submitting the evidence, the applicant pays for premium processing, is it still very likely that the USCIS will request for additional evidence?

If this true then many folks who file their petition in premium processing, they got their approval so I don’t understand this that there are more chance of RFE with premium processing. RFE can come in non premium
Case as wel. What the guarantee that there won’t be any RFE in non premium cases?

I have submmited my EB2 NIW I140 petition on 28 Dec 2022 (PD), from Canada. I have seen a lot of people getting either approval or at least received the RFE. However, in my case i don’t know why it’s taking so long. Is it normal? I have over 187 citations, 25 publication including 9 journals, and one pending US patent application. 😢

Its not worth, Submitted my petition under premium 4 weeks back, checks not cased, no receipt. When they can`t do, they should stop premium and should not take more cases under premium.
