Did you check the outer tyre to see if there was a nail in it? If not you may be changing the tube again….

As others have indicated below , this adjustment DOES NOT adjust the suspension. As others have written below, and Gazelle have confirmed to me, adjusting the suspension requires the removal of the front wheel & mudguard and adjustment of the spring from below the front fork crown.

Fixed many flats and have never had to remove the brake caliper! You are just setting up other problems. The loosened wheel will just drop out and easily go back in.
