I had a down arrow that appears sometimes not all the time. It appears when I'm actively pedaling the E-bike but I cant figure it out what it means.

The down arrow indicates that you should down-shift, or go to a lower gear for optimal performance, and the up arrow indicates you should up-shift / go to a higher gear.

Can you mount it on the left or right? All the videos I see have it above the stem.

It is meant to be mounted in the center of the handlebars since the plastic mount can get distorted and not make good contact, causing the Intuvia and PAS to cut out. Since handlebars taper it can cause this torsion to occur. The Purion can be mounted on a side. Hope this helps!

We recommend that you take your bike and new Intuvia display to your local Bosch e-bike dealer. They should be able diagnose and fix it.
