32:45 98% were registered as muslims because in ottoman records, their grand-grand parents were registered themselves as one. but not all of them are religious. we probably have 40% non-religous people. some of them identify as muslims but do not practice the prayers and drink alchol etc, most of them only go to funeral prayers out of respect. and ther is a growing anti religious part like atheists/agnostics or plain deists. i believe there is a few percentage of ppl who are going back to their paganic/shamanistic roots in the younger generation. like tengriist in turks and zoroastrian in some kurds. the latter two are mostly too nationalist at the point you can call them as r*cist at point. but they really are not a major issue. so i believe all of them might count to 1-2%. the funny part is all the people above (even the atheists and pagans, yeah) are counted as muslims in the statistics. the 2% they showed in this video as non-muslim in statistics are only christians and jews. so i figure only 80% here call themselves muslims and probably only half of them are practicing the religion. but there is no legit statistics done countrywide, so no clear answers for now. edit: turkish diaspora in germany does nothing but supporting the government in turkey. they vote for leftists in germany and right wing in turkey with fervour without any knoweledge how they damage the country in the last few decades when they are gone.. they are considered too loud and rude both in germany and turkey. it's of course normal because they went there from poorly villages on the invitation of germany for the need of blue collar workers. they didn't really adopted the german culture, they also couldn't keep up with turkish people who mostly live in cities too. it's a too complicated sociaological thing to explain with a few paragraphs. some of them are pretty cool but most of them are not really liked in neither of the countries.
