7:00 tangential, but in Mali, every president since independence from France has been from the Keita family, the ruling family of the old Mali Empire.

i hate when people talk about my countries oil economy without actually looking at our diverse economy, we make parts for f-15's f-16's advanced systems and more, we are the largest exporter for shrimp, we have the largest farms of olive and dates and many more, our tourism economy is bigger than turkiye's, we own and manufacture Lucid motors company the second fastest electric car + most luxurious electric car, we have many products sold at US markets and probably your car's battery is Made in Saudi Arabia, all of what i said and MORE is a Vision plan to be independent from Oil and this is like %10 done, also our military equipments will be %80 localised from air to ground to sea.

Can you tell me how much GDP is produced with these compared to the oil economy??

@@somerandomguy9997 oil is only %30 of Saudia GDP 2022, yet we had the fastest growing economy in 2022

@@theone707 it's predicted to be largest (the year isn't over yet) because covid is now gone so the oil trades will rise and well your service sector is kinda dependent on the oil actually since finance(major part of that) is mostly about oil and it's transportation as well (service sector is the most GDP producing sector of Saudi)
The primary sector doesn't matter much for any Economy, maybe except South Asia. So the shrimp's won't be adding much to your economy
You can look at what happened to venezuela, it's condition wasn't much different either...

@@somerandomguy9997 GDP countess in four Quarters of the year and we are leading all of the current ongoing Quarter's of year's, Shrimps do add a lot to our economy because we feed the whole world with our shrimps do you realise that?, Also how can the service sector depend on oil? why are you bringing oil to every single sector in the GDP, did you read about Saudi Vision 2030 other than the GDP analysis? and the primary sector dose work for us as you said we are an exception right, and the way all the world compares Saudia to the corrupt government of Venezuela and think we are going to be doomed like them.

@@theone707 The only major service sector you guys can rely on is tourism. I think your government has also recognized it and has started some liberalisation of the country. The major industrial sector (crude oil) is not permanent and will take down a large portion of the service sector (most important one) as well. As you mentioned the only major part of the industrial sector that would remain are the cars, batteries etc. As I said before please read the case study of venezuela and you'll see the similarities
And here is the GDP by sector report 2021:
      Agriculture: 2.6%
      Industry: 44.2%
      Services: 53.2%
