It was referring to the ones who lived in that time and saw the proofs of Muhammad's miracles and still rejected/denied the ideas of Islam, which is religion perfected by God himself to bring all of humanity together through the understanding of our position and purpose as humans, and also is a reaffirmation that God is still very active in our lives and is able to have a personal connection with each of the human beings that God has created.

I am a Canadian Christian. I was so pro Israel until I watched a video of how Israeli protesters voiced how they hate Africans and was so proud to be racist against black Africans. Then i saw Palestinians homes being sprayed bulldozed down. My first response was , What !!! I couldn't believe this was actually happening in the holy land. I use to feel connected to them, because our struggles was almost the same. Now what i see them doing to the Palestinians is beyond evil. It is wicked. You cannot kill a whole bunch of innocent people (women and babies) to catch a few bad guys. This is unthinkable. Not only did they live there thousands of years ago but they also had a continuous presence and they are the indigenous people of the land of Israel.
From an atheist perspective it's crystal clear that without the Jews there would neither even be Christianity (which started as an exclusively Jewish sect in the land if Judea/Israel - Jesus and his disciples were all Jews) nor Islam.
Jews prayed on the Temple Mount (Mount Moriah) in Jerusalem to one God 1600 years before the Prophet of Islam was even born, while the forefathers of the Arabs prayed to Idols and got drunk in the desert.

Because I've yet to see one Muslim not gleefully happy on Saturday 7th October, if not openly dancing in the streets, believing that at last the fall of Israel was happening, nor have I seen one Muslim crying for the release of the Israeli hostages, when they believed Hamas was going to win.

The absence of Israelis speaking out against their government’s actions, and a similar absence of Palestinians speaking out against Hamas (although there are some to be found if you dig deep), I think is more a reflection of their fear at speaking out. There are some very courageous people though who are speaking out and suffering the consequences. It can only be people with first-hand experience, for everyone else it is just hearsay. Still, I have to say that the evidence of Israel’s brutality is overwhelming - I am witnessing this on mainstream media. Whereas the October 7 massacre is the only atrocity I’ve witnessed from Hamas, in this current conflict. Over the years I was never aware of what Israel had done, our mainstream media only brought news of the atrocities carried out by Hamas. I would say most of the Western world were heavily biased towards Israel up to and including October 7. But I am still reeling from shock as I discover the horrific plight of the Palestinian people and all that they have been through for the last 75 years. Shows you the power of propaganda.
There is a podcast from the son of a Hamas leader - there may be more of the commentary you are looking for there. But I still think you’ll find that people are outraged at what is happening to Palestinian civilians, women and children, old people, doctors, nurses, aid workers, that the vast amount of worldwide sympathy is with them, and rightly so. The war is being fought in their homes, on their land, in their hospitals and in their schools. If the Israeli PM and his government had only come to their senses it could have all been so different … better for everyone.
I made Aliyah and was so happy but as soon as I made Christian friends , or asked questions why they hated Palestinians, and I was stopped ,grabbed by men into a warehouse, ,and questioned, I asked if they were going to kill me and a man went to hit me, than sent me out with a warning, I'd have my house swept for weapons, than I had my back literally broken, and I was thrown out of the hospital and denied treatment. I could go on and on, and I'm not even Palestinian. My grandmother was from Palestinian Jewish family for centuries, and Israelis tell me there was. No such thing and this land was empty before they built it up.. such lies, the Palestinians had an amazing culture and agricultural system, farming and herding as well, u can see remnants of their culture which Israel either claims as their own or tries to destroy , I'm so glad mass media is exposing their lies,one by one. A new avenue has opened for me with my religious studies, I have for a while been cautious in my approach to Islam but I can see now that my indoctrinated views are blatantly false. There is an immediacy and magnetism of the heart which is not dynamically inherent in other religions. It really is a wonderful spiritual way of life which has, in the west, received little praise. It does have its problems but so do most doctrines - The Holy Bible being a good example. I think that the infusion of Islam in the West would be beneficial if it were taken up by the young academics and even the old wise men of England, such as this Gentleman and maybe even me 😉. I'm a former Christian, now humanist and have been studying the Palestinian struggle since the early 90's. I am a huge history buff and so, I figured the best place to start was when it all started. I always found it absolutely crazy that in 1922 , an estimated 11% of Palestinians were Christian and today it is less than 2%. That number continues to decline. When you tell that to Israeli apologists they like to say it's because of Muslims running them off. This is absolute nonsense. In fact, the majority of them fled due to the 1948 nakba committed by the Zionist terrorists. The decline is for the same reasons. In fact, prior to colonization by the British and the arrival of the Zionists, Arab Jews, Muslims and Christians lived in relative peace, as neighbors, amongst each other. So, any apologists trying to make this out as having started as a religious conflict doesn't know their history and is brainwashed or willfully blind.

We're all humans first before any religious belief. I used to be in favor of prayer in schools until a friend PATIENTLY walked me through my thinking. By the end of the evening, I was transformed. I realized that there was a flaw in my thinking PROCESS. At no point was he angry at me as I expressed insane thoughts. He really cared about me. I went home that night and realized that my entire thinking process was severely flawed. I thank him so much for taking the time to allow me to recognized that my position was not only irrational, but hateful.

It's all about "loving each other". We are not to judge. A big difference between guiding by correction and judging. All souls belong to Elohim (Allah) and His "desure is ninw ahould perish, but come to repentence". Our goal is to manifest the very GLORY, the LIGHT (which is life) to a world living in dark was because of sin. (Man's rebellion against Elohim's teachings and instructions). We are to become SELFLESS to allow the WILL and the WAYS of Elohim our Creator to work in us and through us.
