    Sir where you can find organic everything is full of cemical in side & they written on pakket organic but notting is true who can we trust i just don't know when God will take steps. It is too cruel in world.

    While this was immensely enjoyable and made me laugh, I noticed that the emphasis was mostly on what not to eat. Dr mentions only vegetables and fruits , that too , occasional mention and didn't provide a list. ( Raspberry ! Seriously? For most watchers being in India?) . No mention of whole grains and all the fiber rich ingredients in traditional Indian cooking like dried beans ( payaru varieties, Kala Chana ( black chickpeas), Sundal), coconut etc.
