5 Pillars of Gutman’s 100-Day Challenge 💪🏻
✅Workouts: Engage in one 60-minute workout daily, including active recovery. 💪
• The workout can be of any kind. 🏋️♂️
• Active recovery includes walking, light yoga, light jogging, and stretching. 🚶♂️
✅Protein - Minimum 1 gram per kilogram of body weight. It can be from any diet. 🥩
✅Fiber - Minimum 5 plant points per day - Any vegetable, legumes, fruits, nuts, and seeds. 🥦
✅Meditation - Minimum 10 minutes to strengthen the brain-gut axis. It can be of any kind of meditation. 🧘♂️

How to register for it doctor
🥳🥳🥳Sir,, tell us the list of food, its protein content and how much we should eat per meal to get 20gms of protein.... very confusing to plan the meal accordingly ( food which should has carbs , protein , fiber and fat ),,, BTW i am trying to gain weight in a healthy way... Most importantly alternative for snacks🤐

Being vulnerable is not easy but you’ve done that and it’s applaudable! Dr. Pal I’ve started this around one and half months ago already and I’m 21 currently so glad I started at right time due to awareness. Also thanks for your guidance on diet, I’m trying to follow them. Also, I’m a medico too!

Thank you Dr Pal...I am joining 100 day Gutman challenge...I am following your method especially the restricted time feeding and intermittent fasting...in 3 months i reduced 11 kg... I feeling better nowadays and I am continuing Intermittent fasting 16:8 and walking. Now will start strengthening exercises as well 😊

I m a student and an aspirant. As my exam is approaching, I first thought to not join this as "I don't have time to workout" but after listening to ur hectic schedule I can assure myself that I definitely have time. As per my bmi index I fall under the over weight category and I need to loose 12 kgs. So yes I am here for it. Absolutely ready to begin this journey with U.
P.s - I m a big fan of urs n a subscriber too. I tried the time restricting eating but can't followed it successfully 🙂. I promise to comment on ur shorts every single day throughout the challenge.

Hello Dr..I have multiple problems like chronic GERD for many many years, hiatal hernia, stomach bloating, and dysfunctional peristalsis. I also have osteoarthritis. I have been on allopathy medications for several years.
To start with, i have been on 12-hr fasting for the past 3 weeks. I am grearly inspired by the content of your videos and by your sincerity.
I will keep you updated on my health progress. A big salute to your service 👏 🙌
If you can do it at 40 then I will join you at 65. I have lost 20 kg but I still carry 16% fat, my goal is 10%. Let's go!

All the best sir. I have been doing my strengthening exercises due to my back pain for more than a year but my issue was diet. Thanks to you i understood the diet i needed and been following it for the past 6 months and i feel young and energetic again at 35 playing equally with my kids.
Anybody who is going to start your strengthening exercises please have a proper trainer for the first 2 months. It's not the number of repetition that's important but didn't reach rep correct which is more important. All the best for all of you who are going to start this journey. Life is great at the other end 🎉

Dr.Pal, I am a paraplegic ,after a spinal cord injury recently.(Chest down paralysed 4 years ago). I always try to lose my weight and then give up as my muscles below my abdomen doesn't get toned as I cant do lower body workouts. I will try to give my best this time with you on this challenge!

Thank to you, intermittent fasting, calorie deficit- I managed to reduced 10kg in 5 months. Slow, but steady. As you say, it has to be sustainable.
You don’t know us, but you are part of the family. My 3 1/2 year daughter recognizes you. When I watch your videos, she says ‘Amma, Dr.Pal’. I’m teaching her health and non-health foods 😊.

Finding it very difficult to get the day's protein requirement as i am a pure vegetarian. 😂
I have a pic of dr. Pal on my phone wallpaper so whenever i feel hungry or craving for something i open my phone look at my wallpaper and thought like dr. Pal is scolding me for eating unhealthy and then i eat ealthy with all nutrients in it. So i am definetly going to start this challange i have started working out at home and my 30 day chalange for myself but due to injury i stoped it for last 1 week and another week too. But i am going to do this for sure. Thanks dr. Pal ❤ you really inspire everyone. One thing which i would like to all who all are going to start working out in the begining dont force your body to do alot otherwise you will have injuries like me and then your goal have to wait for you.

Yayy, I already started from the next day I watched this video. 2 days in. Looks like I do 90 mins of workouts on average. But there was no consistency. Thank you Dr.Pal... Iam joining 100 days Gutman challenge. I have started following you just before a month. Started time restricted feeding and intermittent fasting as well. I made my whole family in to this feeding window it includes my 6 and 12 year old kid. Everyone started loosing unwanted fat in their body. My elder kid started to check nutrional info at the back of packaging before buying a product. I have lost 4kgs in one month and I have started to lose my belly fat too. And credit goes to you sir. 😊
Thank you for changing my life. In Nov 2023, I was over 93Kgs and now I am 76Kgs. This is life changing for me and my family. Just followed your instructions "just what the doctor ordered" 😁, 7AM - 7PM eating window, an hour of cardio everyday, no red meat and vegetarian diet .
