I have become more sensitive and emotional since becoming a caregiver to my sister who has frontotemporal demtia. Being in her presence is still hard for me after four years since taking care of her. And as a result, I have allowed my thoughts to dictate my habits. Well, nothing changes until you change and today jumpstarts that sentiment. Follow me along this journey of fasting for 7 days.

If you were purchasing one for the first time from scratch, from what you know, and you can only have one, which would you choose?
It would be the Kuvings Auto 10. Only because it comes with the larger hopper and three strainers.

I would pick the Kuvings only because it comes with two additional strainers for sorbet and smoothies. Also the hopper is larger. Other than that, the Nama J2 is spot on and perfect.
@@GammieKLynne yes but for $150 more this should be stated also. You can buy the larger Nama hopper for $80 which is steep but if you don't need the sorbet strainer then you get the Nama with two hoppers (2 & 3 liter) for $70 less than the auto10

Kuvings also is different from the Nama because it has a sorbet attachment and can also be a blender for smoothies.
