Moldboard plow Went Wrong

I should know better but to many tall weeds and the plow just stops up. We could not even get the plow adjusted before it would stop up with the weeds. We change directions and things just dont always go accordingto plan. We will not give up. My 3 nozzle boom less boom won't spray out of all 3 sprayer ports at the same time. It will only spray out of two. None of the nozzles are plugged because it's random which two it will spray out of when you turn it on, but all 3 will spray chemical, just not all 3 at the same time. Any thoughts? We've tried a 2.4 and 4.5 gpm motor on it and had the same issue

Money, that's the the only reason. Also the 5Es are made right i Augusta Georgia USA yes I understood I payed more for my Deere than I did a comparable off brand. There's a giant dealer 5 minutes from my house and they have impeccable service and parts are great.

If you keep breaking the bolts in the sickle check the bearing alignment
I will take a look at that BUT I pick this old cutter up and am finding it needs more work than first thought. Thanks for your input it is much appreciated. This fall and our 3 days of winter I need to go completely through it. Need to get a manual. 😂 thanks
And the quality of the bolt you are using means a lot. Whole lot of miss stamped China junk on the market right now . Stamped grade 8 bolts but really like grade 2 bolts.

On your rows how long do you need to let them dry and do you turn them over to insure that they are dry. Thanks for your videos I’m an old country boy
Depends on how hot and dry it is lately about 2 days, I do rake, but more to put rows together makes for easier baling the grass is drying out fast. Thanks we appreciate it

@roadstrom yes BUT I am not very familiar with the herbicide that I need to use. I have been looking into it just have not had enough time. I find myself just a little overwhelmed with work.

Late to the game bought my LS 5.73 for 38K new (pre pandemic) runs a JD459 netwrap baler, perfect match up. While my brother runs a JD there is just no comparison. While parts I will have to say JD is outstanding compared to LS.
Never Late to the Game. Although just clarifying for myself, I think you are saying your LS is doing as well or better than the JD or am I reading that wrong? The price before 2020 was so much lower. Everything has gone up at least 30% if not more after the pandemic stuff. I was truly sticker shocked. It is good to hear that your LS is doing well. I have not had to many parts issues but I have just been keeping up with maintenance. Hopefully the service and parts will continue to improve. I appreciate your comment. Thanks.

Thanks for your input. This was one of the first videos as we learn how to edit. So it is not perfect. We have gotten better and continue to work on our videos to make them better and better all the time. I hope that our later videos are much more pleasant to watch. The problem is that you cannot just remove videos from YT and fix them after they have been uploaded. We do appreciate your input though.

I hope to soon but I keep getting distracted (squirrel). I have way too many irons in the fire. 🤦♂️. Also as soon as I cut the grass down we got 3” of rain which I am VERY thankfully for but it also pushed the mold board back because now it is to wet. BUT as you know that is the way it is. We just keep pushing to the next project. As ALWAYS thanks.

What is so good about a ls tractor
It is just a growing Tractor company that is expanding into Lowe’s. It’s been rumored that they were going to put their small compact tractors into Lowe’s as a pilot program to expand the brand. I was surprised to see them. I have a LS MT 573 which is a 73 hp tractor that has been a great tractor so far. Also you commented on a different short and I answered wrong check out my response to you. My mistake 🤦♂️ thanks

Have not been able to get back to it. I cut the grass and we go 3” of rain Which we needed tremendously. But I have used the 573 with this moldboard before with no issues. Problem this time was the grass clogged it up and started riding out of the ground. Hope to get back to it soon but for some reason I keep getting distracted with other projects. 🤦♂️😂
Ok I am really tired I am answering the wrong question I do not have one of these tractors Sorry about that. I was referring to something totally different. Kind of like someone sending a email and responding to the wrong person. Yes that tractor is too small for me as well. I feel like ours is light in the ass, we have Dwight Shrute beet juice, in our tires. She did pick a pallet that said 3600#. bare assed. Now what it weighs, I dont know? It may be me but it feels unbalanced to my tym 454. According to the pallet it will lift a lot more than said tractor, so idk. Good machine overall.
I don’t know? Mine for not having ballast does fairly well. That’s not to say it can not be improved. I don’t know if it is because I have the wheels set out and the R14 tires are larger and wider. Considering all things it is not bad BUT it can Definitely benefit tremendously from having ballast in the tires. I am very intrigued by the TYM tractors. Would love to run one. Better go to home depot and get a good chain to chain it to the building to keep it from getting stolen

Interesting. What year is your tractor.? The one we looked at was not steel. It was a 2023 I took note of that because when we opened the hood something was miss aligned and it would not shut. That was just an adjustment. Although I like the RX 7320 and would not hesitate owning one. I think both Steel and plastic/fiberglass have their advantages one dents and one bounces back. I appreciate your feedback and comment. If i am wrong I need to make sure I correct it. Thanks
mine is a late 2022 and metal hood on it.
I may have made a mistake. I need to go by the Kioti dealer to Make sure. Then I will correct it in a video if I was wrong. I have been wrong and make mistakes. Thanks for your input. I like the Kioti tractors. I may be looking at them again soon as a second needed tractor.
@@3DFarmingLife other than that you were spot on if i had full use of my right arm id of gotten a ls. but since kioti had the gear controls on the left it made it easier for me to use. but good solid review/overview of the ls tractor.

Sad day in America when Chinese tractors are working American soil. It’s principle and patriotism for me.
LS is a South Korean company. They have 3 locations of assembly plants in the US. North Carolina, California and in Texas. About every tractor company out there now are global. Even John Deere in this size of tractor are made in India and assembled in Georgia.I agree would be nice if I could buy all American made products. But when you start looking under the hood of most tractor, cars ,electronics, Appliances and much more. You’ll find that a lot of parts are not made in the United States. Thanks

New holland 488 cutter. Use a sickle bar and conditioner rollers. Older machines but they were good.

I don’t know much about where all they are selling them. My VERY limited knowledge is that some of the Lowe’s stores have them as part of a pilot program to see how well it does. That’s about all I know. I was surprised to see one at this Lowe’s. Thanks
Where did you get that price? I bought one and it didn’t cost near that much. You can get one with a cab and loader for 65k. The main reason you go with deere is customer support. I can have a JD mechanic with parts on my farm next day in most cases. Can LS do that? Nope!! I’m looking at another cab tractor. I’m looking at a MF 4707 or another JD 5075E. Both are under 75k. Dealer support and dealer network are the main reasons you go with JD or MF.
First, thank you for your comment. I know it’s hard to believe, but that is the price that John Deere gave me. Your reaction in your comment was basically my reaction when I got the price tag. I did not try to negotiate the price. It was already just too high. I couldn’t see how I can negotiate the price down that far. I like the Massey Ferguson 4707. I did look at them VERY hard. I had a price on paper for $76,000. I don’t know if it’s just our area or what. I do think John Deere makes an excellent tractor. I also think Massey Ferguson makes an excellent tractor. I can not speak for their service I am sure it is good. I have had extremely good service with our LS dealer here and would recommend them to anyone. While I was shopping for a 75 hp I found many tractor prices were very high. If you agree with me or not that was my experience.
