The assumptions taken on Real Estate are false. If i talk about Gurgaon where i live.. The property of 9 lakh would be 200 yards considering rate prevailing in 2000 was 4-5k per yard in Huda sector. Today the rate is hovering around 2 lakhs per yard. Means 9 lakh in 2000 is now worth 4 crores if invested in real estate.

Gurgaon ka real estate market bhi aisa chal, people are putting in money and reselling them at rediculous higher prices (iski topi uske sar). People turning black money into white through real estate, prices are inflated drastically and unjustified. For an average corporate person huge amount of bank loan to live in an average society is the only way to be in Gurgaon.

I used 7 iphones and will never suggest anyone to spend more than 25k on phone. Last few years im using phone between 15-25k and im happy with it.

My credit card limit is 50k and the max ive spent is 12k and usually i gets 5k bill average and that’s cos i use it to fill petrol, food restaurants and some small expenses. Never though of buying anything which is beyond my✌🏻 Aukat ✌🏻

Jitne chaddar hai witna hee pair failana chahiyeh. Maximum percentage of people in western countries don't own their houses, they pay huge mortgages lifelong. I buy top spec flagship pre-owned phone from 2-3 yr ago if I plan to buy a new one, it doesn't make sense to shell out anything more than 20-25K for a phone. I still use 2018 OnePlus 7 Pro (8gb+256gb) which as far as I recall cost me 18K in 2021.
