Since you are making a video on this subject:
What is the ratio of: Fund market cap/ Market cap of the Index expressed as percentage?
This needs to be found for any Mutual Fund under discussion.
This can be either a ratio of percentage.
The maximum acceptable ratio or percent for each Pure Cap or Blend Cap needs to be defined as "Tolerable level" for each class of cap level.
This is like, when you express risk ratios like Beta or Risk/Reward ratio like Sortino.
Only then does this become a meaningful discussion.

There is no such compounding in MF . its only when MF value increases after a period of time . Say if in 5 years the value of MF doubles .than compounding it is reversely calculated..
