I used to watch most of his films when I was a small child. It’s no surprise that he’s back at his old tricks again as he’s again playing at the behest of the sinister demands of the Hollywood puppet masters. Now looking back, I feel so guilty watching his movies.

The deciding factor is if a pot of boiling water is a weapon that could incapacitate someone (if yes, the jury is likely going to side with the cop). If this incident happened in California, the deputy would be charged with 2nd degree murder or manslaughter in the "use deadly force when necessary". We have to remember that police aren't mental health professionals, and they respond to a threat that is happening. I'll talk about the civil case, we don't know if the County is going to settle with the family of the victim, or fight this in Federal Court. I'm in a current lawsuit against a police agency, and it very difficult to sue officers even if they're in the wrong because "Qualified Immunity". I had a dialog with a Wasco police Chief a while back, and I said "it's not the use of force that bothers me the most, it's the over assertion of authority, and shielding officers that are in the wrong".

I live in Antioch, CA (50 minutes outside of San Francisco), and they have a police department that's under an FBI probe. The Antioch police union hires "Gypsy Cops". 20 current and former Antioch police officers were recently arrested for mass corruption along with an FBI investigation of three questionable police deadly force incidents. When you have a cop who worked in several different police agencies during a short time span, and has been convicted of two DUIs, those are red flags. I hope the family sues the hell out of the county, and seek punitive damages for a sheriff's agency to hire a problematic cop.

This should be a major wake up call for black women.

This cop was totally wrong. The George Floyd Justice in Policing Act of 2021 would have saved Sonya Massey from getting gunned down. Now we see the result of how the system of WS divided and conquered the black community. I told everybody we were going back to Jim Crow.
