Great reaction and thanks for another week of great songs. This one is quite different from the rest of their songs and was different enough that they changed their dress and set to reflect the feelings behind the lyrics. This is really a song about the members love for each other.

Some collaborations like this can end up like a dog's dinner, but skilful composing and arranging by Kanami, I gather, managed to accommodate the styles of both bands vocals and instrumentation. Only good for both band's and their fans can come from this. I'm a Band- Maid fan but have tickets for The Warning in the UK next year. Let's support each other.

Thanks again from Japan 有難う 💛。 I witnessed the live debut of this song 😍 that was played as the encore & finale of the special concert by Band-Maid & The Warning on June 12 in Roppongi, Tokyo . My seat was located on the 2nd floor but in the center meaning in front of the two drummers. I was in bliss! It looked to me that Paulina and Akane literally and happily competed like a duel to see which drummer can kick harder enough to break their bass drum in the joint performance. 🤣 (FYI : In the special concert, The Warning, who opened as the special guest, performed so powerful that the Maids were fired up to start their turn with fullest energy as the hostess band. It was fun like a kind of martial arts between two fighters respecting each other. 😄)

Band-Maid and The Warning are the new "Power Couple" in rock. This video from Dani's opening wail to MISA hard thumping bass at the end shows what a collaboration should be. This video shouts "Girl Power!"

It's easy to focus on Kanami and MISA on songs like this, but one cannot ignore the importance of Miku being the anchor and Akane as the multi-rhythmic driving force.

Time does flies when you're having fun. Ending with "Onset", a AWESOME song is an AWESOME song. Instrumental or not. The fact you mentioned this song went by way to fast several times, is a good indicator you totally enjoy this song...immensely. So how could this song be wrong to end a week.🤣 As for comparing songs from Band-Maid week 1 to week 2? Don't make it hard on yourself, all the songs you selected are great, no need to compare. Yep, MISA is incredible. They all are. Live though, MISA's playing is the closest (to my ears) to being "perfect." She's that good.

If you're really like to hear some great MISA Bass Tone check out 'Shambles'. Less direct than this, the amp really gives it some grit.
