Too much emphasis on breathing not enough on the other sense gates.
Before the beginning of a meditation in the early morning your should take 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil. This one will be the optimal preparation and attunement for respectively in any meditation.

These are a fantastic tool. Thanks for providing them. Is there any chance that you would be able to make versions of your guided meditations that don't have an intro and an outro? That way people could put them in a playlist that strings them together for a customised longer sitting session. Thanks again!
Hi Jeremy! Thanks for the kind comment! Sure, that's something I could make! What would you be looking for specifically? I was thinking about recording the 6 steps by themselves, and then leave 20 or 30 minutes of silence afterwards.
@@UpdevelopmentOrg The six steps leading into following the breath would be great (because that is the stage that I am at). Then 20-30 minutes of silence with tips or reminders to check-in at 5-10 minute intervals. I think six steps is so important though. It sets the intention for the entire sit :)

Hi i have a question i ussually have pain in my back which posture is more suitable for me in your oppinion ?
You can use a chair. Not suporting the upper back at the top of chair. Use a chair wich plane assent.
I have the same problem, it is also very difficult for me to stay upright! I ended up practicing most of my meditation now a days while lying down in a savasana pose. And after watching this video, it was very obvious that I will begin to do the kneeling position since as soon as I tried it, I had no pain or difficulty :)! have you tried it?
