According to the logic of these officers, if a person calls 911 and says that a Latino man is walking on the sidewalk in front of his business, and it is not very common to see Latinos there, the police should take the call seriously, approach this "Latino" man and question him to find out who he is and what he is doing there. Is that so, seriously?
