The best part is now everyone can make up their own minds and decide if they really want to patronize these businesses. And somehow their cameras are awesome filming every single person who walks by their store. But two people can't do the same thing on a public sidewalk ?
What I find weird are the business owners that aren’t viewing what they’re doing is free exposure to prospective tourists. Surely they have some and would like to grow their businesses.

This so often happens when a chief of police is ( allegedly ) running an illegal private security business. These illegal businesses use our tax payer equipment, desks, lights, telephones, cop man power and in many cases double bill the city and bill the paying customer that needs the private security services. The cop then pays the button nose chief of police a bit something something.. This is called RACKETEERING. 3 OF the criteria for RACKETEERING is hierarchy, intimidation, and fraud. There is no time off for bad cops. To the public it looks like they are on paid vacation, but mostly the cops work this illegal private security business. The only one fooled here is YOU!!!!!! The Chief of police needs a bad cop to work an illegal private security business. It's a kind of brotherhood. " Hay bro we have something on each other", a mutual agreement. Also, most cops drink vodka to sleep at night. An alcoholic cop may have pulled you over and you would never know. Or could you? The big giveaway is the menacing, belligerent, confrontational, aggressive dangerous grainy VODKA VOICE. When you get pulled over , make as little contact with an alcoholic cop. Like any alcoholic, they are dangerous with a license to carry a gun and kill. They will testilie against you and get away with it. You are dealing with a gang with a badge.. Sometimes , with corrupt judges there are many conflicts of interest, but you will never know. Sink your teeth into this and pass it on....And please, learn some law because obviously, the cops follow protocol and not the Constitution.. Get Constitutional Law for dummies or any book. Cops don't have continuing education. Because of the rampant alcoholism, they should be breathalyzed after every incident and before they can start our tax payer police cars.. Many of these guys are void of empathy and murder people without a second thought. We the People need to enforce the Constitutional Law.

It's a huge problem that we see over, and over, and over again in these videos. An actual and immediate failure to do even the most basic of investigations. Everything an LEO does beyond a consensual conversation hinges on their having RAS of an actual crime. They have to determine if a crime has been committed first. The ''suspect'' is hardly about to tell them ''Yes, I'm so happy, I set out to commit these crimes today and it went so well''. They really need to start going to the complainant first. People that call 911 and intentionally lie, such as saying they saw a gun, panhandling, aggressive behavior etc really need to be prosecuted...
Demand ID for no crime being committed when they get denied the first thing they do is call for backup because someone is being combative not wanting to cooperate and refusing to ID when really all they are doing is flexing their rights... Police training needs to be reworked redone top to bottom all the way around

Let’s be real here, neither the Sgt nor Lt provided any real assistance. The Sgt. was in over his head and could not articulate a clear response for his inquiries. The Lt. was benign enough, but mostly useless. The first officer at least had a little bite in her for a noob.
To think, that Sgt. has been on the force nearly 20 years & had zero knowledge that there is a city ordinance which requires a permit to film commercially (including for YT) or that obstructing a sidewalk in a business area can also be a violation. All-around poor hires from the top down…embarrassing…

It became clear to me that their race, skin color, and pronunciation were not American in origin, but rather that they were refugees

But they are not actually "law enforcement" are they? They are agents of the government with quotas to meet regarding arrests and citations in order to support the _Policing for Profit_ system for their city. She has exactly two primary purposes. 1) Put people in cages so they must pay MONEY to get out. 2) Write people citations so they must pay MONEY to avoid being put into a cage. Anything else she is asked to do is a waste of her time and resources.

As they are all leaving it's clearly been established that no threat or crime has taken place and she is still trying to provoke some sort of reaction which would create a crime. Jason's point is, what's going to happen when she runs up against somebody who is not as level-headed as he. The way she speaks and keeps going she's going to provoke somebody into taking some kind of an action that results in somebody getting hurt.
