The book Toxic Superfoods has changed my life. Look up Sally Norton. We have been so ... misinformed. Foods and supplements high in oxalates are behind digestive, bladder, joint and mood problems. Almonds and spinach are not the Superfoods they and others are highly toxic to our body. Must read.

This was so beautiful, had me in tears, currently 30 weeks expecting my 3rd and planning to have a home birth for the first time. Watching this just makes me even more want to stay at home, and your daughter she is amazing how she was comforting you, so loving just loved the whole video thank you for sharing.❤

I volunteered in India with over 40 children. Much like Yogananda’s Ranchi school, the older kids took care of the younger to get ready in the morning, learned to garden, handsew,, and hand-launder their own clothes. The older kids did the daily cooking, did the dishes, cleaning, and bookkeeping and twice/week market/grocery shopping, according to their natural inclinations. Back then we didn’t have computers and even 24/7 electricity. Every morning and afternoon we had prayer/chanting/meditation, evenings we had visitors. The adult volunteers made sure they had bathing water, refereed the arguments, taught school, oversaw the cooking, and did clothing counts, etc. Sure, pieces of clothing went missing, younger kids “borrowed” items from the older kids, some of the older kids physically abused their younger siblings, but “the American dream” was non-existent…it was about loving the Creator, loving nature, co-existing/forgiving, and being zero-waste.

Yes, its completely plausible that if I work less and make less money, my landlord will be totally cool with me making less and not paying rent. Sounds right. She forgets not everyone has that luxury. There's nothing wrong with having a large family but in this day and age with inflation and cost of living riots a lot on parents.
