My husband played rugby until he was in his 50’s my sons are now in their 50’s and are still playing. More than a few injuries between them but it never stopped them. My son once said to me that if England (we’re English) were playing Wales Nigel, (he’s Welsh) would be the one referee he would trust to be fair under any circumstance.

ZA mark isn't just a high jump and grab the ball. You can be standing the ground and catch the ball someone kicked. As long as it's kicked from a certain distance and you grab it out of the air, it's still a mark.
