5:45 every kid in training has gone through this, or the person holding the tackle bag pushing it into you and knocking you over. teaches proper tackling form, and gives coaches something to laugh at

By the way..quick shout out to England's football team (soccer) in the quarter finals of European Championships. Playing at weekend against unfancied Ukraine.
All the best European football nations have taken part and some big surprise results so far include World champs France knocked out by unfancid Switzerland and England beating arch rivals Germany.
Italy and Belgium are looking very good but face off in other 1/4 final, so one will go out.
