I am practicing vipasana at home. I feel so good. I am doing it in day to day life. I am grateful to Sn goenka for giving such priceless teaching.

Like all yoga practises, which are all hindu religions, Vipassana is a demonic practice...it opens doors to the demonic realm...I had very strong and bad experiences with different types of yoga that I studied and practised. I didn't know than anything about the demonic realm or that even existed. But thanks to GOD/JESUS CHRIST I came across a book who made me see things as they really are and I realised how distorted is everything in yoga/meditation. May GOD/JESUS CHRIST will help you all see/find THE TRUTH, THE WAY AND THE LIFE! AMEN

The habit pattern ... at the deepest level of the mind ... deep because not conscious ... the habit is to react ... so you pay attention, you look for the deepest parts of the mind, the subtlest sensations in the body ... and notice the desire to react ... and strengthen equanimity, now that it's conscious you can stop reacting ... deeper and deeper awareness of sensations ... stronger and stronger not-reacting ...

God I love this so much, need to listen to this over and over until it sinks in ... So glad it's available to listen to whenever I want, thank you!

♥️✝️ *As a ln Orthodox Christian in heart, I realize God is the God of the Present moment, the here and now. ☝🏽 That is why the Holy Spirit is call the Spirit of Presence, the Comforter. We have to not identify with thoughts, feelings, and the physical things of this passing life. Instead, as Christians, we watch them and not react ... but rather, focus on doing the Will of God, doing what's needed NOW. Moreover, we realize that God is the Director of all things and events, so no need to worry. God knows what's best. And by always accepting Jesus we receive the graces necessary for empowerment (ego-surrendering) and delivering us from evil forces towards our true success and wealth - to be righteous. Only then with faith and our actions expressing our faith, can we be saved.* Regards 🙏🏽🙂

The evening discourses were so amazing, I remember this one very much. Goenka had many examples/stories in store... We often had so much laugh during the evening discourses that it was hard to go to sleep one hour later! Very insipring.
