I have a question regarding vipassana i.e is vipassana makes us thoughtless or arrangement of thought in practical world?

No it doesn't but you get liberated from unwanted thoughts or nature by observing sensations. Only when you are in higher states of meditation or concentration you become thoughtless for that duration with clear awareness
