When I started climbing we only had a spray wall. Me and a few of my buddies started making our own routes, and I truly think making your own routes on a spray wall is an extremely good way to understand climbing better.

Really pleased for James at this result. The ghost of the 'Walk of Life' controversy has obviously haunted him. I think he received a lot of unfair criticism over that and hopefully he can now put it to rest.

you guys can make money off of this if you can make a home training system. You need to invent like the kung fu training dummy that jacky chan uses in movies, but for rock climbing That wall is too big though. you need to be able to break it down to something bigger than a finger board that has training patterns that are common movements. LIke on a finger board I'll switch while hanging from jugs to pockets to make it into an exercise and do different pull-ups. You need to make rock climbing aerobics with like a twister board that anyone can put in their house. And then come up with switching patterns but while staying in one spot or moving back and forth in one spot. P90x was just a pull-up bar. I'm playing snoopy cliffhanger trying to imagine i'm climbing with just a hang board.

Adam, go to literally any gym in this country and I can almost guarantee there would be a climber there that would hand over their whole rack to you for a day or two. I sure as heck would.
