I am well-known for my power screams. They might be controversial, but in the next video, you will find out much more about how important they are and how power screams are helping me to overcome one of my weaknesses. How do I train my power screams? Is it better to use a high or low voice? This video will give you the answers.

What makes it funny is that it is true and not true. True that you gain power from screaming, not true that he has a voice coach.
Last year, it was dancing.
This year, singing.
Next year, Adam will focus on his hand agility, by playing the piano 😅
Playing piano and climbing defintely have a few things in common! In both, I'm spending 80% of the time in practicing the "hardest moves" and it's a lot about focussing!

As an ex opera singer I really can't believe this is video came out! 🤣There is scientific evidence for power screaming for extra effort, although I wouldn't advice to take singing lessons for that alone ahahahaha. Learning to use the diaphragm can be very useful thought for both breathing techniques and core strenght!

@@joeflores4057 I've been power screaming on everything since this video. Even the team kids have started to power scream. Our gym may not be the strongest, but we can be the loudest.

Adam, I had a fantastic time watching this video. The editing was great, the comedy was high, but at the same time it really did kind of shine a cheeky little light on the benefits of letting out a gut wrenching power scream when you're at your max.

I always thought it would be the new generation to impress me with technical execution and physical progression with climbing. This proves to me that the new generation is going to be focused on all the same or the wrong type/style of climbingband living. Can't wait for the perfected technique of your scream Adam!! 💪🏾🪨
I did tae kwon do from the age of 4, we used to practice our 'Kiai'. Ive always recognised AOs power screams as kiai; there could seriously be some benefit in training with some Korean martial arts masters to develop it further.

One of the more surreal videos I’ve seen. Walks that tightrope of completely believable-I mean, the guy chose “squirrel” when asked if he could be any animal bc they climb so well- no one does that- everyone picks tiger or Rottweiler or something- and the absurd.

Not sure if this is aprils fools or serious however in martial arts power screams are pretty common it can surely give you that little bit of extra you might need.
I remember learning to scream when punching, in case you got a counterpunch, you would have your stomach "flexed".
The person "Training" His voice is Vladimír Hauser, He is a famous Czech Actor, if you are from CZ or SK, you understand what's going on right away :D
I’ve done tae kwon do in which screaming is very much encouraged and also played tennis both for many years, now even if I’ve only climbed for a year I sometimes need to scream, I’m sure the people at the gym aren’t so keen on it but it just feels right to get that last bit of power.
@@susedianinso I think that after 10 minutes of video, if anybody can't detect the jest, they should take a hard look at themselves. This is an amazing video. To have the elite of the elite being so "normal" and funny is far from common and I love it.
