- There is something magical in taking an idea in your mind and making it real and unique with your own hands. The process may sometimes be long and tiering but the result is always worth it!
Here's a short video introducing my process of creating a simple climbing volume. From a computer sketch to a competition boulder at the gym. Enjoy! 💪

what brand/grade of aluminum oxide did you use and what kind of blaster?
best...Thank for sharing...
Great!
Hey a technical question - what's the grain size for aluminium oxide? thank You
I've heard that 60 grit is good, I am going to try 180 grit out because it's what was available
I use 80 or 90 grit, i used 60 grit once but found it too coarse and dangerous for the skin
אדיר!😍
thx for the video. In the holes to anchor to the wall (1:35), do you use some type of bushes to reinforce? I did a test with a low quality wood and the screw broke it, I think I had to install some zinc-coated iron bushes to reinforce it.
Yes. I use These: escapeclimbing.com/collections/hardware/products/volume-screw-insert
Do you dilute the epoxy paint alot ?
This one I mix with ~20% thinner, but sometimes I use Polyurethane Lacquer that is much thinner and needs no dilution at all.
well i tried to use pure epoxy that i color myself that's why!
i just wanted to know, where do you get your aluminium oxide sand ? mine isn't as shinny as yours. i don't know how to get those shinny grains on my last coat?
@@VengaClimbingGym are you here ?

Did you ever figure out what paint to use?

Usually 40-50X4mm wood screws.
