Quit and be honest and polite. Just tell them the workplace sucks and you'd like to pursue a place that isn't full of shitty people. Then just walk out.

This resonated so much. The minute you start talking about team and staff well being then your card is marked. They simply do not want to hear it. Every single company I have worked in has been here's the door the second they get a whiff of people first versus company mandates.
Thank you so much Ginny for explaining the processes and rejection. I been to so many interviews in the past 12 months...often getting to the second and sometimes third round and still not being offered any position. You're right rejection is hard and it can wear on you. But like you said try not to take in personal. Thank you!

On target! Nepotism is a significant issue. It could be better for interviewees nowadays. I agree with the statement I've included. "I believe everything happens for a reason. Learn from rejections and move on to an organization that values the competencies and attributes one brings." Remember: Neely Fuller Jr. remains us. Look up one of his famous quotes to assist with the context we must consider. 🤔

Bravo, Bravo. I loved this. Key bad behavior points were hit. I didn't realize it was a parody until mid way. I was like OMG and pure gut busting laughter. I'm kind of glad I didn't know before watching it. The laughter was refreshing and relatable bad management/leadership behavior. 🤣😂🤣🤭
Be odor-free. What about the people who are from cultures in which deodorant/anti-perspirants (even the fragrance-free type) is frowned upon and never used, and you live in a hot sweltering climate? Strong odors emanating from the underarm region of the body can make for a extremely unpleasant work environment. What should workplaces do about this to avoid being labelled "culturally insensitive"?

Good example of a person you really don't want to hire.
What happens in a case where your line manager is a gossip monger constantly press you for information after you e said you prefer not to discuss certain things? When she constantly pushes you down or your ideas. Just entering your career and you want to establish your self and skills firmly before looking for another job.

It’s exhausting to even think about these steps. I’ve seen how bullies are even created by weak management and bossses.
"How are you doing? How am I doing? What can I be doing to help?" I'm currently an IC but seems like these could be a solid foundation to one-on-ones with my managers.

Love this! Sometimes agencies create positions that are supposed to be leaders but require management responsibilities--this combo approach is often challenging to juggle.
