As a new team member, i found out few months ago that tha I was literally a door mat, my colleague who started couple weeks later was being a door mat as well she had the courage to speak out professionally with the boss of our managers, they retaliated badly against her.I still have my 40 hours and she’s been punished with 10 hours a month. Facts: bad leaders create bad team members, I’m preparing myself to apply for a better position in another location. I know that I’m a great institution, just the wrong department.
