The reality is that most people in supervisory positions don’t actually know how to be leaders. Instead of creating positive work environments where people feel empowered to work, they create environments that are oppressive.

As an ex employee of management mcmanagements forward operating branch in the Isles East Coast branch of branch I'd like to formally recycle my older redacted statement that I agree with this review and consider it to be a charachter assassination of the model of "apex organised leadership" in which Erin was not in fact brainstorming her way to see the light of. So like personally for the future of such a company you may want to review and powerhouse team brainstorm and circle BACK to the idea of headhunting better more psychologically sane managers.
It is not my intention to rattle the filing cabinet on this one but to put forward a new dynamic model of self aware empathy
I have the word manager in latin on my lower spine I legally have training to speak in this regard.

While a watched it for entertainment, I actually LEARNED some things! And even though I’m absolutely, positively not a corp Erin (I don’t even do reviews, manage, or talk to many people in my current role), I’m prepping for a weightier role that may entail some of these responsibilities starting late March… and I found this useful to note what NOT to make the mistake & do (like emailing too late or expecting quick responses… & simply being self-aware enough to “read the room”😳)👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
Calmness is so key. It’s obvious who is more calm, relaxed and therefore more self aware and better able to assess objectively.
