I been to so many interviews in the past 12 months...often getting to the second and sometimes third round and still not being offered any position. You're right rejection is hard and it can wear on you. But like you said try not to take in personal. Thank you!

On target! Nepotism is a significant issue. It could be better for interviewees nowadays. I agree with the statement I've included. "I believe everything happens for a reason.
