It's why there were rumors that Kennedy is locked out of her office and Disney's legal team was combing over everything in Lucas film.

The only thing that would justify a tired superman in my mind is if they go for the angle of caretaker fatigue, which is a phenomenon that happens when you emotionally, mentally, and/or physically exhaust yourself while trying to constantly take care of someone else's needs.

What I would give to see everyone who made *The Lord of the Rings* trilogy never do anything related to Tolkien again and move on to other projects. I personally wish Peter Jackson would make historical epics and more documentaries.

I was on board with William until he started spouting stuff about politics. Actors have the right to have opinions about politics, but I give zero fucks about their opinions about politics (especially when unsolicited) and even when I happen to agree (which by the way, I do).

It really didn't help that the movie was 2 hours. Given what it was, it should been around 100 minutes at most.

TBH I blame the prequels for setting the precedent that all jedi walk around in tatooine robes/rags. If Obi-Wan was just trying to hide out in the desert it would make sense for him to don local garb; if on the other hand brown hooded burlap sacks were the official jedi uniform then it wouldn't make a lick of sense for him to continue wearing them while in hiding. That said, a prequel set a gazillion years before the prequels would have been as good a place as any to rectify that bit of silliness.

Fascinating the road taken to do one film over another one: working with venerable director Stanley Kubrick, or working with, at the time, a relatively unknown gentleman to work on a sci-fi film. I love stories like this, what a personable gent Mr. Hope is, thank you for a great lounge and very much looking forward to more.

Kingdom of the apes was excellent for 90 mins then the human had to screw it all up. Its set what? 300 yrs later? Yet the human can speak, swear, is wearing jeans n a tank top, kbows whats in a government vault and can use guns expertly oh and can breath the air all other humans cant. Ruined by the woke bullshit after 90 mins of a great movie.

I love Rob, but if James Gunn is expecting people to get inside his head and know why he chose this photo that shows the suit in such a poor light then I call that a massive fail... It looks like a overly thick and bulky repurposed Homelander or Guardians of the Galaxy suit and I don't mean that as a compliment.

"The Larry Sanders" show was not created by Larry David (co-creator of "Seinfield"), it was created by Garry Shandling, telling the story about a talk show host (named Larry Sanders), set during the talk show wars of the 1990s, having to navigate the superficiality of Hollywood and his love/hate relationship with being on TV. It's one of the best series ever written...absolutely scathing indictment of the phoniness and lack of depth in the industry. Shandling (who has since passed away) knew Seinfeld, but wasn't involved with his show. Larry David did "Curb Your Enthusiasm", which is fine, but which is basically just a series with George Costanza as the main character. The only real connection between them is that both are on HBO.

The fallout show was excellent I thought

I would suggest that going to pay to see a movie has such a high bar to achieve because consumers already pay subscription fees for the platform it will be free on in a few months time. Furthermore if the film sucks when I watch it for “free” I don’t feel as bad as having wasted time and money to go see it in theater 🎭

The Narnia movies did a pretty damn good job in animating Aslan and the other animals. They are realistic AND have actual facial expressions. They failed hard with this one

The scene when they are all looking at the monitor and they spot the transponders. Ok, we got them! And they all rush off, except for Hudson still staring, something isnt right. None of the transponders are moving..? This is one of the scenes that really sell the story.
